Labyrintti Media's content distribution service makes it possible to easily distribute applications, wallpapers, ringtones and other content to mobile phones. Among its many uses, the service is extremely suitable for distributing promotional content as part of an advertising campaign.
The end users can request to receive the content as a text message or in web form. A link to the content can also be multicast to the phones of a selected target segment as a text message. The content can be free to the end users or can be charged for on phone bills.
The system behind the service can identify over 10,000 different terminals and distribute the content in the most suitable way for each type of receiving terminal. The content distributed can be hosted on the Labyrintti Media server or on the customer's own server.
The content distribution service can be easily supplemented with the mobile payment service. In this case, the end user is charged a message fee for the content ordered on his/her phone bill.
