Logica's Human Capital Services (HCS) selected Labyrintti Media's SMS Gateway service for solutions that are used to support the internal communication tools created for its customers. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is drafted to guarantee the level of service (which is agreed on separately with each customer) and to monitor all Logica's Gateway services.
Logica's customers make use of the Gateway service using their own individual customer IDs. The service also includes customised electronic statistics and reporting.
